Yes and no. As far as I remember Scott has written a script which works pretty
well. And he does transfer the FAQs to the mainpage, however, for evaluation
reasons, only to a place which isn't accessible by the public yet.
I think the process may have changed. When I edited FAQs at
OOoAuthors and Scott ran his script, the FAQs ended up at a place
on Docs which *is* accessible to the public, linked from this
page: http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/index.html
