[authors] refering to sections within a document

Greetings, I am reviewing Formatting Pages (very well written, by the way), and have come across references like this: Some other uses are discussed in the chapter titled “Introduction to Styles”. My inclination is to change this to: Some other uses are discussed in  Introduction to Styles. Ideally, Introduction to Styles would be a hyper link. I could not find this issue in the style guide or the writer guide. Best regards, Lou
