I am not sure that you can install an executable OO0 2 on a CD (at least
the full version) There is a modified version currently available called
Portable OpenOffice.org available in 1.1.5 and 2.0.0 versions from
http://johnhaller.com/jh/useful_stuff/portable_openoffice/. I have the
2.0.0 loaded on a CD and it works. To quote from the site:
Portable OpenOffice.org allows you to carry an entire office
            suite -- word processing,
spreadsheet, presentations, drawing, etc. -- with you on an
            iPod, USB thumbdrive,
portable hard drive or any other portable media. You can
plug it right into any Windows computer
and use it just like you would on your own.
I assume it only works with Windows because John has only adapted the
Windows version to be portable.

I am not sure of my terminology here but I believe a Live CD means a
bootable one, that is , one that you can use to replace the operating
system on the computer. See for example the BeatrIX live CD linux
package at http://www.watsky.net/. This CD allows you to run Linux from
the CD even if you have Windows on the harddrive.

I stuck it in a CD drive on a friend's machine who was having a problem
with Windows and we were able to access the net(Foxfire in included on
the CD and load OOo 1.1.0 which is also included.
