I was going to put it in the folder, somewhere prominent. So we wouldn't
change all the chapters. Not only is this less work, but from a legal
point of view, I'm more comfortable with that. It makes it clearer we
don't have to track changes on the documents, which is one of the main
reasons why the PDL was voted out in the first place. The idea of
allowing relicensing as "original documentation" is very good because it
gives those who want to use the PDL what they want, without having the
same legal concerns for us (this was Andre's idea btw).
