I sent a reply to Janet's email, but after a few hours, it doesn't seem to be making it to the list. Here it is again:

I was thinking of the case where I put content in my home folder for example, or instructions for managing Plone, which are really incidental to the purpose of OOoAuthors.

Oh, perfect. Yes, that's much clearer. That's what I was thinking but couldn't articulate. Now, would it be a good idea to change the last sentence to this:

"If no license is specified for the folder, or in the document itself, then normal copyrights apply."

Just making it a tad more compact.
