I guess we should mention this, because you've said "When appropriate, the license is marked clearly". And what is, when it's not appropriate and the license isn't marked clearly? I want to suggest, that we add the first paragraph, which you've planned to add to the different folders, to the chapters. Or are there any points against this possibility, which I've missed?
