We don't have a "default" license, and I suspect that trying to agree on
one will open a whole other can of worms, just when we were reaching a
solution. So I'm not looking forward to that. I don't think we need a
default license right now. If there is no license notice, then whatever
you upload is copyright (C) Whoever, All rights reseved, and that's it.
No one is required by law to have any license at all for their work. I
think we should leave that as it is, at least for now.
I want to suggest, that we add the first paragraph, which you've planned
to add to the different folders, to the chapters.
I don't think it's important.
