The "either the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html), or " string is defined as a "user defined" tag and in present in content.xml but also in meta.xml.

OmegaT (translation help tool) right now parses only content.xml and even if the source string is translated in OmegaT, in the target, the string calls the definition present in meta.xml for display.

What is the point to have a "user defined" setting for this string ?

How do "user defined" tags work in OOo ?

Jean-Christophe Helary

ps: working on better OD support for OmegaT, thanks to the bugs discovered by the Italian native group translation effort of Authors documentation :)
