The free PDF on the OOoAuthors and Docs websites has the same updated
content (plus the Macros chapter), but no index yet. I hope to get that
done sometime in the next week. Then everyone can usability test the
index. ;-)

How did you create the index?
I have been looking for some stuff to work on that but to no avail.
But, I have been spending a great deal of time on something else of late.
