[authors] Announcing Second Edition of "Getting Started with OOo 2.0"

I've just uploaded to the Lulu website (where the printed copies 
of our books are available) the second edition of "Getting 
Started with OOo2.0", which has been updated for 2.0.2 and now 
includes 3 more chapters and an index!

The free PDF on the OOoAuthors and Docs websites has the same 
updated content (plus the Macros chapter), but no index yet. I 
hope to get that done sometime in the next week. Then everyone 
can usability test the index. ;-)
