The procedure is review the chapter after doing this:

Edit > Changes > Show.
Make the changes you think are appropriate such as correcting misspelled
words. Upload the file to the appropriate feedback folder. Then email what
you have done to this list.
You will have to change the file name before uploading it to its
feedback folder. You will be adding your initials just before the .odt.
For example, the Base chapter file name should be
GettingStartedWithBase_DL_JHW_SR_19Apr06.odt if you were uploading it
today. My initials come first because I am the maintainer. Jean reviewed
it, so her initials came second. Your initials would be third because you
are the second reviewer. The date is of the form DDMMMYY so that we always
know when the last time it was uploaded.
This file would be uploaded to this folder:
http://oooauthors.org/en/authors/userguide2/gettingstarted/feedback/.
When you have done this, please email the list using this subject:
PING: Dan Lewis: Getting Starte with Base.
(That is, PING: "maintainer's name" : Name of chapter reviewed.
