Is there an official place to report typos or other errors if we happen

For example, I was reading the Base chapter in Getting Started last
night and came across several places where "Acquaintance Addresses"
appears as "Acquaintance Addressees."
For simple stuff like a spelling correction, a note like this one
from you, prefaced with "PING:" and the name of the chapter's
maintainer (found on the copyright page) will do... at least for
any chapter maintained by me. I'm happy to work from emails.
If you have the time, it's more helpful to do what Dan Lewis says
and edit the chapter itself. And if the corrections are more
extensive, editing the chapter is most definitely the way to go.
