The new license is version 2.5...the question is are we using it? If so
the template and website should be changed to reflect this.
I already included the v2.5 text and URLs in the copywrite section for
the five reviews I submitted thus far the past two weeks: Template,
style, and writing guides, and chapters 1 and 3 of GS.
