The new license is version 2.5...the question is are we using it? If so
the template and website should be changed to reflect this.
Thanks, Rick. I think we are using v2.5 of the license for new
work and revisions. Yet another thing to update on the website!

And thanks to Gary Schnabl who has been revising the template and
other docs as he reviews them.
I'll go through Gary's revisions and accept them asap and replace
the template on the website.
BTW, Gary: I have some other changes to the template and the
how-to that you would not have known about, so when I go through
them I'll add my changes as well.
