All of those aspects are good to go. I am just not sure what exactly the publish procedure is. Just make an .odt and .pdf version of the file and upload them to the published folder?

Thanks,

Peter,

I could mentor you through this chapter, if you wish. I intend to mentor other members with various editing functions in the future so I "do you" also. It wouldn't hurt if the Calc Guide were edited in a somewhat similar fashion as the Writer Guide.

Essentially, the chapter needs to be factually accurate as to its details, any omissions (missing steps in procedures, etc.) are corrected, having any "deadwood" removed, copyedited so that most of any grammatical (including punctuation, spelling, typos, etc.) errors are discovered and eradicated, and has consistent formatting that conforms to any style guides, among others. Because we don't specifically use proofreaders, the copyediting phase has to be very precise.

Eventually, the various Calc chapters are used along with the Calc master document for assembly into its final book form.
