That's pretty much it. You may (or may not) want to add "2006" to the
copyright date, add the latest version of the software checked against,
and reset the published date if they haven't been done already.
In my case, I'm encouraging any reviewers to have at the newly edited
chapters so that their errors may be detected and corrected before
publishing.
