[authors] PING: Calc team - Peter, Rick, Dick

Hi guys,
How's it going? I don't see anything new in the Review List since 
before I went on vacation at the end of August. Peter, I realise 
that the school year has started again, so you're probably very 
short of time.

Now that I'm back I will review "Using Styles in Calc" and "Calc 
Data Pilot", the two chapters that are currently on the Review List.

Rick and Dick, weren't you working on some new chapters? Any idea 
when they might be ready for review?

We *really* need Chapter 3, Creating Formulas and Using 
Functions, but we could publish a first edition of the book 
without the chapters on Data Analysis using Scenarios and Goal 
Seek, and Macros, adding those chapters later.
