Figure 5 for the MAC is also for 2.0
The pagenumbering in contents is incorrect for Index and Appendix.
Index starts on 432 (not 431) . An index should start on an odd page.. Page
431 is a page with only a header..
Appendix A starts on 423 (not 422) The pagenumbers of the subchapters are
also incorect.
Some chapters of your pdf file start on an even numbered page. This is not
usual in a printed manual.
