[authors] New chapter for Calc Guide: Calc as a Simple Database

Andrew Pitonyak has donated a new chapter to the Calc Guide. 
Subtitled "A guide for users and macro programmers", it pulls 
together information from other chapters and shows how to use a 
sample spreadsheet as a database, comparing usage through the GUI 
and through macros. I think it's an excellent addition to the 
Calc Guide. Thank you, Andrew!
