I thought that the Appendix A to C had the numbers 0313CG, 0314CG and
0315CG according to you file CalcOutline dated 31-01-2007.
Chapter 12 had something about macros but the author of that document
is/was Rick Barnes.
Is this number really true or is it a typo?
