Chapter 12 is still planned to be a chapter on macros (as given
in the outline). Chapter 13 (Calc as a Simple Database) is a new
chapter, which I have not added to the outline yet. As for
Appendix A to C, the numbers in the filenames (0313CG etc) will
need to be changed. I will do that soon. I will also update the
outline soon to include the new chapter and the changed filenames
for the Appendixes.
