The chapter text reads: "The code used in this chapter is available in
an OpenOffice.org text document named SC01.sxw. Download and open this
document."
However, the exposition was a bit lame because there was no URL present
for locating or downloading this file...
Does anybody have this file handy, so that it can be converted to .odt
and be parked somewhere for download? A Goggle search only came up with
a few PDF references to this file.
