Does anybody have this file handy, so that it can be converted to .odt
and be parked somewhere for download? A Goggle search only came up
with a few PDF references to this file.
Much has already been said, so I will make a few more statements without
addressing other issues already mentioned.
1. I think that the chapter will be removed from the OOo Official
documentation.
2. The content is NOT covered elsewhere in the documentation.
3. I updated the chapter to reflect OOo 2.0 (I did this so that the OOo
Authors version would be current), but did not revisit for later
releases. Difficult to convince myself to update it again since it will
be dropped from the general documentation (and I am a wee bit over-worked).
I sometimes go a month without checking this list. I receive hundreds of
messages every day. I filter the messages into appropriate folders for
later checking. An email sent to me directly (without copying any
mailing lists) will usually be seen and acted on in less than 24 hours.
Messages sent to mailing lists, however, might sit dormant until I have
a few hundred from the specific list. OK, for the user's list, it is
usually closer to one to two thousand.
I have a Gospel Illusion show to prepare... Have not touched my
equipment in about four years. Lot of work.
