I tried to check in a new chapter today. I never checked it out because
it was sent to me directly by email.
So, First, i went here:

I selected the Calc as a database chapter 13 and changed its state so it
showed as visible.
Next, I read this:

Trying to "create a new item" that is an OOo Document causes a failure.
Also, it says something about using the same name then delete the
existing file first, so I deleted the existing file first. Well, I can
not upload the replacement, so you currently have no document at all.
Is there a problem with the site or is it all me?
Side note: Only once have I ever managed to upload a document, so it is
probably me.
