Thanks, Andrew, for this and the other chapter. This one (Calc Macros)
will be Chapter 12. I have submitted it for review, so it should now
be on the Review List.
I'll republish the other one (Calc as DB) asap.

I do not know if I was supposed to look at this (or if Jean was supposed
to OK what Gary's changes). But... I looked at it and this is what I did..
- I accepted almost all changes. Comments on this...
- Gary, you formatted a formula such as =NumberFive() as computer code.
I have no particular opinion on this, but I did change another instance
to ALSO use that particular character style for consistency.
- I made changes, so I changed the date to 6-30 from 6-27.
- You had a comment that reads "The dialog box is now called: Record
Macro". You did not change the text, however. Well, I did. It used to
read "A window with a stop recording button is displayed (see Figure
2)." I changed this to: "The Record Macro dialog is displayed with a
stop recording button is displayed (see Figure 2)." I had no idea that
is what the title bar read.
- There is another comment that reads "---- GS, 06/27/2007, 17:56 ----
When technical editing assembler or compiler manuals for Motorola's (now
Freescale Semiconductor) 8-and 16-bit embedded microcontrollers, we used
a special FrameMaker tag for file names (and bits of code) in the text.
Perhaps, we should adopt something along this line." I was not certain
what to do with this. More specifically, this change may not be
consistent across different chapters and manuals. I did see that you
made this change at one point in the document, but not in others. I left
everything related to this as recorded changes and I neither rejected
nor accepted these changes. I consider this decision above my pay grade.
Also, if we do make this change, it should probably apply to all
instances, and we should probably have an appropriate character style
for it unless we decide that the OOoComputerCode character style is
appropriate.
I have not yet checked this in until I see more feedback on this.
After all my comments, I must say that you did an excellent job on this.
Thanks for the feedback.
