No. Retracting is to change a "pending" file to "visible" so it
is no longer on the review list. Since this file was in Feedback,
and not on the review list, then it doesn't need to be retracted;
it already had a state of "visible".
As long as you change the file name from the previous one (which
you did), then you can just upload it. There won't be any conflicts.
I find Plone's ways of document management confusing, too. And
their terminology doesn't help.
It is not nice, however, for me to continually send you documents.
Especially when you accidentally send it to the whole list.
Sorry, couldn't resist teasing you a bit there, Andrew. I know
it's late where you are. And really, I don't mind receiving files
directly and uploading them for people (with or without reviewing
or editing them on the way through).
