That's quite a good, clear picture, as good as or better than one from WinXP silver. What Linux, window manager, and theme is it?

Themes (as well as the o/s, window manager, and other factors) affect what the "OOo-only" window looks like: for example the icons, the colours, and the thickness of the fonts in the OOo window. That's what I was referring to, not the way the rest of your desktop looks.
