Perhaps, the OOoAuthors could have another Note devoted to bugs of this
type until they are eliminated. In any event, we should amass a list for
ourselves and clean up the "published" chapters so that the conversion
errors are noted and any kludges or work-arounds are described.
I just set up a page on the wiki to record this sort of info. Let's all add
items to it as we come across them. If people were to deliberately start
"data mining" the lists and forums and IssueTracker, that could be good too.
