What do you mean by opening the file? Downloading the file and then
opening it in writer using windows XP works.
V. 2.3 beta on Vista Ultimate does not open that file without the DTD
info. I will add it there and see what happens.
I have had other Vista problems with 2.2 before, but they disappeared
but not before several weeks had gone by. Vista works OK with almost all
other apps, but OOo is sometimes problematic, as before...
