If there is no hurry some time next week I will be able to update the
figures that need replacing. And if you think it would be useful I could
try to expand a little on the exporting (other than PDF).

I've gone through the review and accepted your changes, as well
as making a minor change of my own (on the copyright page). Also,
I had pix of the new PDF Export dialogs (done for the Getting
Started book) handy, so I have dropped them into the chapter.
Just one question: you mentioned that Figure 2 also needs
replacing, but I could not work out what had changed.
Yes, I think it would be useful to add a bit about exporting to
formats other than PDF. No hurry. Thanks again!
