It's not strictly an OOo2.3 change (it existed in 2.2.1) so maybe the
figure remained from an earlier version.
Oh, drat. My copy of Ch5 has the figure showing that tickbox, but
the image in the file you edited has an old figure. I hope this
doesn't mean there are other differences in the copies! Usually I
am very careful to put the latest copy on the website, but
sometimes I fail to do so (usually because the website isn't
cooperating that day, and then I forget).
I'll have a quick look through the rest of the chapter for other
omissions, drop the updated Fig2 in, and upload the file again to
replace the one I did just a few minutes ago.
