[authors] Draw Guide Ch7 ready for further review

I have done some minor editing on Martin's translation of Draw 
Guide Ch7, 3D Objects, and changed some screenshots to English 
versions. At least one screenshot in German still needs to be 
done, and the whole chapter could use a more thorough review and 
edit. It's here:
