My name is Ailé Filippi (aka ailefi) and I'm currently helping the spanish OOoAuthors website.
I've been granted manager and owner permissions. New translators have been assigned and we're currently looking for more. I'm running into a problem when I login: I'm unable to see the state of the translators/editors; some of them are unable to upload their documents since they don't have proper permissions and others created new accounts when they were unable to access their old ones. What should I do? How can I check the users permissions in order to solve their problem? Am I lacking a permission?
