The Calc Macros chapter has not been converted to the new template
yet, so I had not submitted it for review (even though Andrew had
updated it). If someone wants to convert it and review it, that's
cool. Otherwise I will convert it (probably this weekend) and then
submit it for review.
Chapters 1 and 2, although revised for V3, are not in the latest
template either. Chapter 5 should be. All need review because I
rewrote them heavily and added a lot of new material that wasn't in
the V2 chapters.
And as Linda says, the other chapters that were published for V2 need
conversion and review for V3. IMO several of them need a lot of
additional material (stuff that never got into the V2 chapters) as
well as any updates to V3.
