double oops!! I have just uploaded a new version of chapter 2 :-)
Not to worry though. As soon as you upload your version I will take

Think I'll defer editing those until things settle down (maybe a few
days?). I mostly merely do copyediting and adding some rewriting to any
murky items, anyway.
