That one is Windows-only and the writeup says you need Microsoft .Net
framework and Publisher itself, before it will work. Not a lot of help
for most people, except (as you say) for moving stuff from Pub to OOo,
and then only on Windows. Might be worth mentioning in the sub-chapter
on extensions, though, despite its limitations.
Have you used it? Is it any good?
