I believe I came across instances of misaligned vertical centering with
those note-type tables in Chapter 1 of Getting Started that I copyedited
a few days ago. AFAIK, the vertical centering might not have be set
right because there was a noticeable difference in whitespace from top
and bottom. Not a helluva lot, but enough for me to recognize. I believe
that was introduced by the OOoTableText (or whatever style was used...)
paragraph style having a 2-point spacing after it. So, I went in and
changed that to 0 pt for that Chapter but didn't do anything to the
template. But I might...
