while now the conversion to the new tips/notes/caution tables throughout all

I think Gary's suggestion -- which is a change to a paragraph style
(OOoTableText, IIRC), not to the tables themselves -- should avoid the
need for manual rework of existing tables. I haven't tested it, however.

I will make a test and if it works I will upload a new revision of the
template that fixes the alignment of the lists and numbered items in a T/N/C
table as well as the vertical alignment of the text.
