I notice that the clone storefront itself is still there, but all the

Strange. They were not doing anything illegal or wrong. Annoying
perhaps. Not courtegeous, probably. But not illegal or wrong (except
perhaps changing the copyright line, but I'm not sure).
Maybe Lulu has an inherent interest of keeping their reputation up.
