I just discovered that our book, Getting Started with OpenOffice.org 3,
has been repackaged by someone through CreateSpace (an Amazon.com
print-on-demand subsidiary) and is now being sold on Amazon.com.

I have slightly mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I'm
delighted that the book will reach a much wider audience without me
having to do any extra work. On the other hand, we probably won't get
any payment from sales of this version of the book -- but as we're doing
the books primarily to "spread the word", not make money, that's okay
with me.
The ISBN has changed on the back-cover barcode (necessary for a
different edition), and the front cover has been modified slightly, but
the original PDF has been used for the interior, so Friends of
OpenDocument Inc is still shown as the pubisher of the printed copy, and
all the authors and the copyright notice are unchanged.
