Even if we could do that, I would not want to, because it goes completely against the spirit of open source and creative commons.

BTW, the PDF being reprinted is the one available from the Lulu website, not the one from the OOo Docs website. I could remove it from Lulu, but it's a bit late for that to make any difference.

For the Writer Guide, I could leave the downloadable PDF off the Lulu page for the printed book. That would at least slow down whoever is doing the repackaging, though not necessarily stop them.

I don't know yet, if it is worth to put an Background with an information "OOoAuthors.org" (etc.) to the PDF.

Would not matter. People can still reprint it.
