Hello Dan,

I am not at home so I did not have the time to check the file, but I
remember experiencing exactly the problem you described with the user
guides. I do not think that the list style is the main issue as it was
created starting from Numbering1.

One question: has this file been created with OOo3.0? As I wrote I had a
similar problem with files created with OOo2.x and the only way to solve
this was to re-create completely the lists from scratch using OOo3.0.

Anyway... I will try to take a look at the file over the weekend and if we
can find a way to consistently reproduce the problem file an issue.
