The note on the use of the emphasis character style is also very good. We discussed it a while ago on the list and we agreed to use the italic to indicate tabs, however it is one of those things quite hard to remember while drafting and indeed there are several inconsistencies even within the same chapter... I guess that's one of the prices to pay for the cooperative work. Let me know if you spot other mistakes. I will wait a few more days before uploading a revised version of the template.
