Hi, Dan
Completed first quick review of chapter (without actually going into
Base). The only big problem I see is that a lot of the tables and
figures need to be moved closer to where they are discussed. (I put in a
few notes, then gave up; almost all should be moved, up to 1.8 -- those
are right where they need to be.)
Otherwise, I mainly fixed up cross-references, and little typos.
I will upload the result to the Feedback folder, if OOA ever lets me
connect to it. It's very, very busy right now . . .
