Couldn't see how to upload a file to the feedback directory..maybe it is a
case of 'account atrophy' on my part.

Hi, Drew,
When you work your way down to the base3_Feedback folder, you should see
a line of commands along the top of the main display, with little
down-arrow symbols. Select "Add new", and pick "File". The page that
appears has the magic button, "Browse", down in the lower left area.
If you don't see this stuff, you're probably right about needing an
account upgrade. All I have, for privileges, is the old Author role,
which (I think) is now being called "Editor". Jean's on vacation, but
Gary can likely help with that.
