if you look through http://gmane.org/find.php?list=openoffice, you
will find
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.openoffice.devel.documentation as
well as http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.openoffice.devel.education
(the following one, as an example ... ;) ). It is named somehow
differently, so I would say it is a list for workgroups as well, as
long as they were subscribed to gmane.
