Shortened revised chapter, without change recorded. I stuck in middle
of editing file with performance problem. I cannot edit until I
approved all changes.

Thanks for your hard work. I am teaching a computer class to
seniors this week so I will not be able to review what
you have done until this weekend. I am scheduling some time next week as
well.
You have added your name to the list of authors, haven't you? I
like to have all the names of people who have helped to create the
chapter listed there.
