No, I not added, I not added too much to it mostly deleted content, i
will add next time, or you can add it.
One thing that I had forgotten. You anchored pictures and tables to
page, when I started to editing chapter, all were fragmented. I need
start again changing anchor as character, moving into the places where
they were referenced first, or better fit into text area logically, and
start editing after that. One consequence, the chapter looks bad now in
some places, pictures, tables in one places, and empty half pages
before, because picture/table is big. I think we need to keep in this
format until we not finished fully the text.
