This is the reduced version (44 pages), I cut out text not necessary
into introduction chapter, not duplicate my effort, and Dan went
trhrough corrected my mistakes.

I'll take a look at it. 44 pages is better, but you also need to
consider the size of the chapter in relation to the book.
I am a bit confused. I see a version dated October 1, 2009 that has over
100 pages, and then the "newer" copy that has been shortened is dated
September 30, 2009.
