I reviewed the original document by Dan Lewis and that is the one dated Oct 1. I did not add/delete much content but did more of a format/structure review.
The Sept 30 version is a much more shortened version of the original, done by Zoltan meanwhile. This will more likely be the structure of the first chapter.
